Gami Chicken & Beer have committed to higher welfare for Meat Chickens in Australia by sourcing from farms with the RSPCA Approved certification that are assessed 2-4 times per year by specially trained RSPCA Assessors.

These farms raise their birds in environments that meet their behavioural and physiological needs. Such as providing perching to increase leg mobility, quality, dry litter that birds can scratch and dustbathe in, and proper light and dark periods for activity and rest.

Importantly RSPCA Assessors also assess abattoirs who process RSPCA Approved meat chickens on an annual basis, as part of a Producers certification.
