The RSPCA Approved Farming Scheme is a certification scheme focused solely on farm animal welfare, driving better standards on farm for some of Australia’s most intensively farmed animals.

Macro Free Range chicken comes from farms with RSPCA Approved certification, where meat chickens are raised to a higher-welfare standard.

This means the birds are free to roam during daylight hours once fully feathered, and, whether raised to our indoor or outdoor requirements, have an enriched environment with provisions to encourage activity and natural behaviours and fed a full, nutritious diet.
